Offer Terms and Conditions

  • Valid for contracts until 31/01/2026, provided there are no outstanding debts or payment arrangements with the previous supplier, regardless of consumption level.
  • Applies to low-voltage energy customers for household use, including daytime and nighttime consumption.
  • The preferential price applies only when all previous bills have been paid on time. Otherwise, the standard price list applies. The monthly fixed fee is charged regardless of payment consistency.
  • The discount amount will be credited on the first bill following the settlement bill, covering the previous billing cycle, provided all payments have been made on time.
  • Discounts apply only to the competitive part of the electricity charge.
